Job summary

Blueberry Markets Group is seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, verify accounts, review documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance for new client accounts.

You'll conduct KYC and due diligence, review identification documents, and work with Sales and Customer Experience to resolve onboarding issues while upholding a high standard of service. A focus on accuracy and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and AML controls.
• Ability to review client documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and client onboarding processes.
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive client information.
