Scotiabank Colombia is seeking a Global Onboarding Experience Advisor to support recruitment and onboarding coordination, document administration, and responding to inquiries. You will help distribute offer letters, manage contracts, and track orientation activities within a regulated, service-driven HR team.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 1–2 years' experience in onboarding or HR support, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken/written).
• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (desired).
• Technical/Technological degree or undergraduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle confidential matters.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for messages and minutes.
• Task- and results-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized; able to multi-task.
• Customer focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Good time-management and adaptability to changing workloads.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Administer offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding packages.
• Schedule orientation sessions and track attendance.
• Ensure completion and receipt of employment documents and references.
• Support new hires with guidance and resources.
• Produce daily/weekly reports to monitor SLAs and performance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and position management changes.
• Uphold risk, compliance, AML/ATF and conduct standards.
