Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of liquidity management structures, cash pooling arrangements, target balance accounts, and related banking services.
• Process and oversee client onboarding activities, account setup requests, account maintenance changes, restructurings, and operational approvals.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, production incidents, system failures, and client-impacting events.
• Coordinate with technology, product, implementation, and client service teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues and process enhancements.
• Participate in testing, migration initiatives, operational readiness reviews, and change-management activities.
• Monitor operational risk and escalation activities while maintaining adherence to internal controls and procedures.
• Support global operational coverage and collaborate with regional teams across multiple geographic locations.
• Prepare operational communications, status updates, and issue-management reporting for stakeholders and leadership teams.
