Job summary

Blueberry Markets Group is seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Experience team in Bogotá, Colombia. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, verify client accounts, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations while collaborating with Sales and other teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

You’ll review documents, perform due diligence, and maintain accurate records to support rapid yet compliant account activation.

Qualifications

• Experience with client onboarding and KYC processes.
• Understanding of AML requirements and regulatory standards.
• Excellent attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
