Cyzerg is seeking a Client Onboarding & Intake Specialist to support families from referral through the start of ABA services. The role coordinates onboarding, maintains documentation, and ensures timely start of services with healthcare teams.

Strong organization and clear communication are essential for a compassionate family experience. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cases, follow up diligently, and ensure accurate records while adhering to HIPAA and payer requirements.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in healthcare administration or onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate intake and onboarding from referral to ABA service initiation.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Communicate with families and referral sources, and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Scheduling, Billing, Credentialing, and Operations teams.
• Provide timely status updates and maintain HIPAA compliance.
