PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking an Associate Healthcare Professional - Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through onboarding, ensure a smooth transition, and build initial relationships within our Health Services advisory practice. You will support senior staff, conduct research, and contribute to project tasks while developing core services and technology knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support.
• Experience with HCP CRM systems such as Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub.
• Knowledge of fair market value tiering, COI management, license verification and screening.
• English proficiency (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative onboarding tasks for HCP engagements.
• Ensure timely, accurate onboarding of HCPs with compliance checks.
• Support client onboarding processes in healthcare sector.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Engage in active listening to understand client needs.
• Assist in risk and compliance research and documentation.
