Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade systems that survive real environments.

You will act as a consultant, operator, and engineer, shaping discoveries into scoped deliverables and leading end-to-end implementation. You will work on enterprise-grade projects with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, proving value quickly and sustaining reliable AI deployments in complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development in mainstream stacks (e.g. TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, Go).
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on with frontier AI tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• Experience with APIs, service design, and event-driven/distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover AI problems with stakeholders and scope a defensible point of view.
• Structure process maps and specifications for automation projects.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems— orchestration and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
• Own CI/CD, testing, release processes and environments.
• Consult with CTOs/VPs and defend decisions; support pre-sales scoping when needed.
