Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect and build AI-enabled solutions that run in production. You will own end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment, working across enterprise environments and regulated contexts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development and 1-4 years building LLM-powered AI systems, with advanced English and a four-year degree. The role offers 100% remote work and exposure to Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders and come back with a scoped POV.
• Structure the process and the spec for automated business processes.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and tool integration.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, and deployment processes.
• Consult. Present decisions to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
