FullStack Labs, Inc. seeks forward- deployed engineers who embed with client teams to architect, build, and operate AI-powered systems. You will define problem statements, design agentic architectures, and deliver end-to-end solutions integrated into enterprise environments.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, shaping the trajectory from discovery to production while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in a mainstream stack.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.

Responsabilités

• Discover AI problems with stakeholders and map to actionable specs.
• Structure, architect, and design agentic systems end to end.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
• Own CI/CD including build, test, release, and environments.
• Present decisions to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
