FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner. Forward Deployed Engineers sit inside the client’s problem, embed with an enterprise team, architect the system, build it, and make it hold up in the real environment. This is a three-way role: consultant, operator, engineer.

You should be comfortable pressure-testing a business case with a COO or VP of Engineering and shipping what you scoped by Thursday. On this track, your edge is application engineering: making agents real inside client systems

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven ability to evaluate current-state environments and define technical roadmaps.

Aufgaben

• Discover: run workshops with stakeholders and return with a scoped, defensible view.
• Structure the process and the spec: map current state and exceptions into specs.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems with orchestration and context retrieval.
• Build: ship working systems with agents, automations, and integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, environments, and releases.
• Consult: present decisions to CTOs and VP-level leaders; support pre-sales when needed.
