Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
- Proficient with API design and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Discover with stakeholders: run workshops to identify AI opportunities.
- Structure processes and specifications for automation.
- Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems and integration.
- Build working prototypes and shipping AI-enabled solutions.
- Own CI/CD, testing, releases, and environments.
- Consult with CTOs and engineering leaders to quantify impact.
