Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and build AI-powered solutions. You’ll discover problems, design end-to-end agentic systems, and deliver working prototypes in real client environments.

You’ll manage the delivery stack and defend decisions with CTOs and VPs, while driving value from discovery through deployment in fast-paced, regulated settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and APIs.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Discover by running workshops with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for automated workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems across contexts and tools.
• Build working systems with agents, automations, and internal tooling.
• Own CI/CD for what you build and deployment environments.
• Present decisions to CTOs and leaders; assist pre-sales when needed.
