Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a Claims Tandem Assistant to support our claims adjusters with documentation and workflow management in Bogotá.

You will document medical notes, follow up with providers, and use our claims management software, while learning through training and feedback. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of admin experience in medical claims, proficient English, and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

Formación

• 1–2 years of administrative experience in medical claims or documentation.
• Proficient English communication, written and spoken.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Eager to learn and grow through training and feedback.
• Experience with claims management software preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure medical notes and records are accurately documented and meet high standards.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters as their administrative buddy.
• Manage follow-ups with medical providers to secure timely records.
• Use claims management software to track tasks and deadlines.
• Contribute to quality assurance and audits through accurate documentation.
