Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People-first, service-oriented mindset with patience and respect.
• Able to follow established processes and seek guidance when needed.
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, clear support to employees seeking help.
• Respond to calls and HR tickets with care to speed up answers.
• Address questions using established HR procedures and available resources.
• Research and support employee inquiries using HR systems.
• Document requests, actions taken, and outcomes clearly.
• Track routine issues through the ticketing system and follow through until resolved or escalated.
• Escalate more complex questions according to protocols.
• Build HR knowledge by learning from guidance and feedback.
