Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot).

Responsabilidades

• Lead review of local LATAM AP payment processes and requirements.
• Analyze reconciliations and ensure accurate payments and approvals.
• Support system implementation activities and SOP documentation.
• Assist LATAM offices with supplier invoice/credit note processing and multi-currency payments.
• Create trainings for internal teams and LATAM staff.
• Serve as liaison among Local Teams, IT/GTS, Accounting and Tax.
