Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a proactive Driver Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit Class A CDL drivers to meet hiring goals. You will manage a robust candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and prepare offers to drive transportation operations.

Requirements include 1 year of Class A driver recruiting, strong cold-calling and sourcing skills, and proficiency with Tenstreet ATS. Travel may be required to support hiring in assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Class A Driver Recruiting experience.
• Experience with cold calling and direct sourcing.
• Experience using Tenstreet ATS.
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Preferred Experience: CDL/Class A Driver Recruiting, high-volume recruiting, trucking industry recruiting.
• Cold calling and candidate sourcing.
• Applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Candidate pipeline management.
• Social media recruiting and referral programs.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, cold calling, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and submit qualified applicants for further processing.
• Meet the target of hiring 3 qualified drivers per week within assigned hiring areas.
• Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records in the Tenstreet ATS.
• Prepare offer letters for approved applicants.
• Maintain an active recruitment pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
• Respond promptly to candidate calls, emails, applications, resumes, and referrals.
• Conduct direct sourcing and follow up with potential candidates.
• Track recruitment activities, calls, and referrals in the applicant tracking system.
• Travel as needed to support recruitment efforts in assigned hiring areas.
• Perform additional recruitment-related duties as assigned.
