Job summary

GP Transco Colombia in Medellin (El Poblado) is seeking an experienced Driver Manager to oversee a group of drivers, perform dispatch tasks, and ensure service commitments are met. This is an office-based role, not remote.

You will guide contracted drivers to maximize earnings, develop delivery routes, communicate continuously with drivers, customers, and brokers, and coordinate with management to adapt routes to customer needs while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing tractor-trailer drivers.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Internet Truckstop) using Samsara is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of drivers and dispatch operations.
• Develop delivery routes and maintain driver communication.
• Coordinate with management to adjust routes for customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to brokers and shippers.
