Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product marketing or category management, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), strong analytical and communication skills in Spanish and English, and a passion for consumer-driven innovation.

Formación

• 3+ years in product marketing, category management, or related role.
• Experience in multinational environments with LATAM exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with regional Category Manager on category and portfolio strategies.
• Coordinate NPIs launches, transitions, and performance analysis.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.
• Serve as subject matter expert on assigned product categories.
• Develop sales enablement materials and training support.
• Support local market teams with channel training and value propositions.
