TE Connectivity is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to drive sales in Distributors, Contractors, and Utilities markets in Colombia. You will manage TE product lines in Cable Accessories, Connectors, and Asset Protection solutions for distribution networks and smart grid projects.
You will identify new opportunities, deliver technical and sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
Formación
- Degree: Electrical Engineer with BA/BS in Sales/ Marketing Management.
- Foreign Language: English proficiency.
- Skills: Capable to give technical and sales presentations / excellent communication, Sales Acumen.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare Sales Forecast and Key Metrics.
- Understand customers' position in the market and competitive landscape.
- Generate demand by identifying opportunities and conducting trainings and technical presentations.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Prepare commercial bids/tenders, negotiate contracts and close agreements maximizing profits.
- Coordinate with BDM/PMs/Product Specialists/Engineers on technical solutions.
- Follow contracts and POs with Customer Care, Operations and Finance.
