Addi is seeking a data-driven senior analytics professional to join its Colombia team. You will drive growth for the Home category by delivering data-supported commercial strategies, improve catalog performance, pricing, and inventory management, and align Sales, Marketing, and Product functions.

The role requires deep SQL, BI tool fluency, and a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership and merchant stakeholders.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in business analytics, analytical category management, or revenue/pricing strategy in e-commerce/marketplaces.
• Translates complex data into concrete, actionable business strategy decisions.
• Strong commercial instinct to identify category levers driving growth and unit economics.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a centralized category intelligence system using SQL, Databricks, and Looker.
• Optimize pricing, catalog mix, and promotional performance with elasticity insights.
• Deliver market analytics to support KAM/Sales and align across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
