Hitachi Energy in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Local Service Unit Manager (PGSV) to lead local service operations, drive financial and operational performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will manage service teams, strengthen customer relationships, and foster collaboration across business units while promoting HSE and risk management. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with up to 30% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience managing a Service business unit with P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Technical knowledge of transformers, circuit breakers, substations and HV systems.
• Analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of the PGSV Service strategy at the country level.
• Manage local Service business P&L, profitability, and targets.
• Strengthen customer relationships, market penetration and installed base expansion.
• Promote operational excellence via process optimization and training programs.
• Drive HSE culture, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Develop service teams with staffing and capability development.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
