Addi in Bogotá is seeking a senior analytics professional to drive hyper-growth in the Home category through data-driven commercial strategies. You will build centralized category intelligence, optimize pricing and catalog mix, and empower cross-functional teams with actionable insights.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with SQL/Databricks/Looker, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations for executives and merchants.

Formación

• Demonstrates deep senior analytical expertise with measurable business impact.
• Strong data proficiency and quantitative modeling rigor.
• Experience in market intelligence and consumer behavior analysis is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a centralized category intelligence system using SQL, Databricks and Looker to monitor GMV, conversion and take rate.
• Optimize pricing, catalog mix and promotions using data-driven insights and elasticity models.
• Support cross-functional strategy and merchant negotiations with clear data-driven recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
