Lean Solutions Group in Colombia is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. You will build relationships with carriers, negotiate rates, coordinate shipments, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of experience in carrier sales and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will collaborate with dispatchers and internal teams to optimize carrier capacity and resolve delays.

Formación

• 6 months minimum experience in carrier sales positions.

• Source and secure carrier capacity for shipments
• Negotiate rates with carriers while maintaining profitability goals
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective carriers
• Coordinate shipment pickups, deliveries, and appointments
• Monitor load tracking and ensure updates are accurate
• Communicate with carriers, dispatchers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
• Verify carrier documentation and confirm rate agreements
• Assist with issue resolution, recoveries, and shipment delays
• Support daily operational and customer service needs
