PRIMO is seeking a Claims Specialist to manage cargo loss and damage claims from intake through resolution. You will investigate, review documentation, and coordinate with carriers, customers, and insurers to protect both customer experience and the company’s financial interests.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in cargo/transport claims, and advanced English. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Excel; TMS or claims systems is a plus.
• 1–3 years in cargo claims, freight claims, or related logistics work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cargo claims from intake to final resolution.
• Review documentation to determine liability and resolutions.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, and insurers.
• Track status, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
• Support recovery and subrogation efforts as needed.
