Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing as detailed in the global and local Schlumberger SWI.
• Coordinate with Transactions Analysts to ensure employee data impacting payroll is captured accurately and within deadlines.
• Ensure payroll data interfaces into the payroll system before payroll deadline.
• Ensure correct coding of all pay elements including Taxability and Admissible Compensation to DSPP and social contributions.
• Perform checks, controls, variance analysis, and reconciliations during pre-payroll processing and before payroll finalization.
• Submit third-party payments including income tax and social contributions timely and file acknowledgments for audit reference.
• Coordinate with HRPS, third-party providers and service providers to ensure accurate processing of payroll as designed by systems.
• Generate reports for internal use, external service providers and tax authorities.
