Schlumberger Limited (SLB) in Colombia seeks an HR Payroll Analyst to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, following global and local procedures. You will coordinate with HRPS and transactions teams, manage data, apply correct tax and social contributions, and maintain payroll records for audits while supporting continuous improvement and training across the hub.

English C1 and Portuguese proficiency are required, with Brazil payroll experience preferred, and you will contribute to

• Experience in Payroll Brazil
• English language proficiency (C1)
• Portuguese language proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing in line with SWI and local regulations.
• Coordinate with Transactions Analysts to ensure accurate payroll data and deadlines.
• Ensure data from internal applications interfaces into the payroll system before payroll deadline.
• Apply correct coding of pay elements including taxability and social contributions.
• Perform checks, variance analyses and reconciliations prior to payroll finalization.
• Submit third-party payments and file acknowledgements for audit reference.
• Generate payroll reports for internal use, service providers, and tax authorities.
• Maintain payroll records for audit purposes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Record monthly payroll KPIs and respond to employee payroll queries within KPIs.
