Omnicom Global Solutions Colombia is seeking a Finance Analyst to support Client Finance Managers with monthly billing, reporting, and financial control in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will prepare monthly billing, pull reports, ensure deadlines, collaborate with the account team, and assist with audits while leveraging ERP systems and Excel to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced conversational English.
• 3–5 years of experience in Billing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365.
• Experience working in international environments.

The Finance Analyst will work closely with the Client Finance Managers, whose overall accountabilities are to properly manage and report financial accounting and reporting requirements to Omnicom, including those of the Finance Department, Executive Leadership Team, OHG Finance Team, OHG Shared Services Team, and DAS Finance.

This individual will possess leadership skills, a commitment to a team-oriented approach, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while taking initiative across multiple projects. The Finance Analyst will support the Client Finance Managers with monthly billing and demonstrate creative critical-thinking skills to develop and recommend solutions to problems or situations.

The Finance Analyst must have comprehensive knowledge of accounting and project management principles and understand their relevance to the business to support the Client Finance Managers' responsibilities.

Experience with D365 and/or billing is desirable.
