Responsibilities

• Analyze inquiries from other Mastercard support teams on billing questions.
• Set up customer information within the MCBS billing system.
• Implement and maintain pricing within the billing system.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customers and internal teams.
• Perform manual billing calculations and verify approvals per policy.
• Provide ad hoc reporting for internal and external customers.
• Support audits and identify control improvements.
• Maintain and update desktop procedures for controls.
