Monks is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join the Corporate team in Bogotá. You will assist the finance team with billing operations, revenue recognition analysis, and scaling systems and processes.

Key duties include IFRS15 compliance, cross‑functional collaboration, and data-driven metrics for senior leadership. This role suits candidates with 3+ years in revenue/billing and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• 3+ years accounting experience, minimum 3 years in revenue/billing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Experience with large data sets and multiple computer systems.
• Experience in AdTech or technology startups preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts/IOs/SOWs to ensure IFRS15 compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for revenue scheduling.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve proof of delivery discrepancies.
• Reconcile COGS accrual and bills to reflect net revenue.
• Develop and maintain metrics for senior leadership.
• Identify process improvements to billing and accounting processes.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Bachelor degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field
