Cencora seeks a Billing Operations specialist to support timely and accurate billing processes in Colombia. You will ensure adherence to country calendars, validate rate sheets, and follow up on billing activities across systems like TMS, Alteryx, and Global Quoting Engine.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in business, accounting, or related fields, with 3 years of direct experience in pricing, billing, AP/AR, invoicing, or accounting, and strong English and Excel skills.

Formación

• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken; C1).
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with rate cards, pricing, or customer contracts is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Execute billing activities accurately within SLA timelines.
• Review and validate customer rate sheets for accuracy and charges.
• Utilize core systems including TMS, Alteryx, and Global Quoting Engine.
• Monitor and resolve transmission failures and billing exceptions.
• Respond to country requirements, billing emails, and audit requests promptly.
• Maintain and update billing procedures and country manuals.
• Support internal controls and regional billing procedures.
• Handle requests from Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Customer Service within 48 hours.
• Review non-billable requests and triage accordingly.
• Learn billing systems, processes, and tariffs/pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and adapt AdHoc reports as needed.
