Job summary

Computrabajo is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to own the billing, collections, and financial operations for a diverse client base. You will manage the full billing lifecycle, maintain billing records, and ensure invoices are accurate and timely.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of AR or accounting experience, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, advanced English (C1), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (C1) required.
• 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with CRM platforms and ERP systems (Bullhorn, Kantata, Sage Intacct, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing lifecycle for assigned clients, from invoicing through collections.
• Set up and maintain billing records in Bullhorn and Kantata.
• Generate, review, and distribute accurate client invoices.
• Monitor AR activity and review aging reports to track outstanding balances.
• Apply client payments and maintain accurate customer account records.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Support collections efforts and help maintain targeted aging balances.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Participate in acquisition-related account setup and billing processes.
• Mentor AR Specialists and support training initiatives within the team.
• Assist with reporting, system testing, and special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

• Advanced English (C1) required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience
• Strong experience with billing, collections, cash applications, and account management
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, eRecruit, or Kantata
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Oracle, or similar
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
