Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a customer-focused, bilingual professional to join our on-site Barranquilla team. You will assist customers of an online clothing retailer with product inquiries, orders, sizing, returns, exchanges, and website-related issues.

Fluent in English and Spanish; strong problem-solving and computer navigation; ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records; willing to work full-time on-site in Barranquilla, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in call center, e-commerce, retail, or technical support environment.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer navigation skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and order-related questions.
• Help resolve website navigation, checkout, tracking, return, and exchange issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
