• Address customer concerns/roadblocks to ensure satisfaction and product usage.
• Manage objections to retain customers or win new ones.
• Handle high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with team and management to deliver professional customer interactions.
• Maintain CRM to capture relevant data.
• Conduct lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewals when applicable.
• Report to Sales Manager.
