Confidential in Medellín is seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Specialist to drive B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound activities. The role emphasizes strong communication, cold-calling, and building long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop product knowledge, provide accurate forecasts, manage high-volume outreach via phone and email, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Formación

• 1.5+ years in a sales environment (B2B desirable).
• Strong cold-calling and lead-prospecting in B2B.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand products/services.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs.
• Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks affecting satisfaction or usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and objections to retain and acquire customers.
• Manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with outbound emphasis.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure a professional, consistent customer experience.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and prospect data.
• Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewals.
• Work as part of a sales team and report to a Sales Manager.
