cnx is seeking a Specialist, Technical Sales - Trilingual (FRN) to drive new business and grow existing accounts in the Bogota area. The role requires demonstrating deep technical knowledge, presenting compelling proposals, and delivering training to customers and sales teams.

You will engage with decision-makers, assess needs, and provide solutions to meet aggressive sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing product improvements.

Formación

• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in technical sales or solutions selling.
• Ability to train customers on technical products.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business and grow existing accounts in assigned territory.
• Assess customer needs, provide technical solutions, and resolve issues while building relationships.
• Deliver technical training and communicate feedback to drive product improvements.
• Attend customer meetings and present products and services to showcase value.
• Provide technical expertise to support aggressive sales goals and inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver moderately complex technical proposals and presentations for sales support.
• Identify customer needs to develop strategies addressing demands.
• Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products to meet goals.
• Follow up on sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across levels to strengthen engagement.
