Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve targets weekly/monthly/quarterly and drive high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and keep CRM data up to date.
• Remove roadblocks and support sales opportunities.
• Monitor team call time, productivity, and conduct weekly coaching sessions.
