Roofs in a Box is hiring a Project Scheduling Coordinator to support our client, a U.S.-based residential roofing company. This role is critical to ensuring roofing projects move smoothly from permit approval through final completion.

• Minimum of 3 years in project coordination, scheduling, or project management (construction industry strongly preferred).
• Fluent, professional-level English and Spanish (spoken and written). Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Admin, Construction Management, Engineering, or related).

Responsabilidades

• Own the scheduling after permits are approved, coordinating crews, materials, and priorities.
• Maintain daily install communications with install teams and be the primary contact for questions.
• Review each job for scope, materials, permits, and instructions in JobNimbus; keep notes current.
