The role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, at least 3 years of project coordination experience, and familiarity with construction management tools. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in project coordination or scheduling.
• Fluent, professional-level English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Experience with construction CRM/project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the schedule once permits are approved.
• Communicate daily with install teams to confirm work.
• Review job files for accuracy before scheduling.
• Communicate install dates and changes to customers.
• Track and schedule warranty work and follow-ups.
