Job summary

CNX Resources Corporation in Bogota is looking for a bilingual Associate in Sales Development with a growth mindset. You will onboard ISVs to the commercial marketplace, coordinate technical sessions, and drive adoption through regular outreach and pipeline management.

You will collaborate with partners, document outcomes, and push for successful publication dates while leveraging cloud technology expertise and strong English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field.
• English language at least B2+.
• 2+ years B2B sales and marketing experience.
• 1+ year account management experience.
• 1+ year IT industry experience.
• Strong selling skills and ability to reach decision makers.
• Proficient with CRM systems and documenting calls.
• Familiarity with productivity tools like Outlook and O365.

Responsibilities

• Onboard ISVs into the ISV Success program and explain marketplace value.
• Activate technical consults and Go-To-Market planning sessions; manage vendor pipeline.
• Nurture vendors via emails and 1:1 meetings; track build/publish/grow progress.
• Collect insights and quotes to inform Microsoft.
• Identify blockers and report them to Microsoft.
