Auxis LLC in Bogotá seeks a Product Manager II to own delivery outcomes for internal products, partnering with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate needs into well-defined, shippable solutions and maintain backlog quality.

From day one you will own the product backlog and roadmap execution, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure features meet desired business outcomes in a complex professional services environment.

Formación

• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of product management or closely related experience.
• Experience owning delivery for a major capability with backlog management.

Responsabilidades

• Create product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating priorities into sequenced delivery plans.
• Own and manage the product backlog for a single product or major capability—write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Apply domain expertise to design analytics tools and products for niche business areas.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand needs and pain points.
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature delivery and adoption.
