Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support our personal injury and employment law cases. The role involves document preparation, case file management, discovery support, calendar management, client communication, trial preparation, and basic legal research.

You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals, manage deadlines, draft pleadings, and help with trial materials in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment is required; personal injury preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal databases.

Responsabilités

• Document Preparation: draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Case File Management: organize and maintain case files for easy access.
• Discovery Support: gather and summarize evidence and create discovery binders.
• Calendar Management: track deadlines, appointments, and hearings for the team.
• Client Communication: provide updates and respond to client inquiries.
• Trial Preparation: assemble exhibits and organize trial binders.
• Research Assistance: perform basic legal research and summarize findings.
