Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support our legal team in personal injury and employment law matters. You will work with attorneys and paralegals to manage case files, draft documents, and assist with trial preparations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, experience in a U.S. legal environment, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Experience: Prior U.S. legal environment experience required; personal injury law preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-service mindset.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with legal research databases.
• Team: Collaborative in fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files for quick access.
• Summarize discovery responses and manage binders.
• Maintain case calendars with deadlines and hearings.
• Communicate with clients and provide case progress updates.
• Prepare trial materials and exhibits.
• Perform basic legal research and summarize findings.
