Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to support our legal team in personal injury matters. You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to organize case files, draft documents, and assist with trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in law or related field (or equivalent experience) and prior PI firm work. US law firm exposure is a strong plus, with excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a Personal Injury Law Firm; US law firm experience is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal research databases.
• Team player with collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files with accurate filing and easy access.
• Assist with discovery: gather and summarize evidence, organize responses, create binders.
• Maintain case calendars: track deadlines, appointments, hearings, and communicate updates.
• Serve as a client contact, providing case progress updates and handling inquiries.
• Prepare materials for trial, including exhibits and trial binders.
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
