Bush & Bush Law Group seeks a Litigation Assistant to support our legal team in personal injury and employment law matters. The role involves document drafting, case file management, discovery support, and trial prep in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field, plus experience in a U.S. legal setting. Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in U.S. legal environment required; personal injury law preferred, employment law a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; familiar with legal research databases.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Case File Management: organize and maintain case files with accessible documents.
• Discovery Support: gather, summarize evidence, and organize discovery binders.
• Calendar Management: track deadlines, appointments, hearings; notify team.
• Client Communication: serve as a point of contact for clients with updates.
• Trial Preparation: prepare materials for trial, exhibits, trial binders.
• Research Assistance: conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
