Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality legal support for personal injury and employment cases.

You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to draft documents, manage case files, prepare discovery, and assist with trial materials, while maintaining meticulous organization and client communication.

Experience in a U.S. legal environment is preferred; bilingual skills and proficiency with MS Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required.
• Prior experience in a U.S. legal environment required.
• Experience in personal injury law preferred; employment law a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Case File Management: Organize and maintain case files with accessible documentation.
• Discovery Support: Manage discovery by gathering/summarizing evidence and creating binders.
• Calendar Management: Track deadlines, appointments, and hearings for the legal team.
• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide updates.
• Trial Preparation: Prepare materials for trial, including exhibits and trial binders.
• Research Assistance: Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
