HYPR Service is looking for a Full-Time Cold Caller (Bilingual) for LATAM, remote, with hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST. You will generate qualified leads through outbound calling and use a power dialer to reach 150–200 prospects daily.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to handle rejection, and independence in a remote setting. Starting rate is $6.00/hour, plus 5% commission on each lead that converts, with a review after 6 months.

• Previous cold‑calling experience is required.
• Strong English communication and conversational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Make 150–200 outbound calls per day using a power dialer.
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and create meaningful conversations.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
• Follow calling scripts and established lead‑generation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead outcomes in CRM.
• Follow up with prospects when necessary.
• Meet daily and weekly calling and lead‑generation goals.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure qualified leads are handed off.
