This role focuses on subsidiary governance and ESG reporting across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Sustainability teams.

This hands-on position requires strong legal judgment, project management, and the ability to manage global processes and regulatory requirements in a fast-evolving environment.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer.
• 4–7 years of experience in corporate law, governance, compliance, or ESG matters.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish – strong written and verbal communication.

Overview

We areseekinga LATAM-trained, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Counsel to support our global Corporate Governance and Sustainability function. This role will focus on subsidiary governance and ESG/sustainability reporting across multiplejurisdictions, working closely with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Sustainability teams.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong legal judgment, project management skills, and the ability to manage global processes and regulatory requirements in a fast-evolving environment.

How you'll make an impact

• Subsidiary Governance: Support the management and continuous improvement of the company’s global subsidiary governance framework, includinggovernance processes, and documentation.
• Sustainability Reporting: Support global ESG and sustainability reporting efforts, including tracking regulatory requirements (e.g., emissions, workforce, pay transparency disclosures).
• Regulatory Tracker:Maintainand update a global sustainability regulatory tracker, including monitoring new regulations and supporting periodic updates and scoping exercises.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, Risk, and ESG teams to gather data and ensuretimelyandaccuratereporting.
• Disclosure Controls:Identifyand escape gaps in disclosure controls and procedures that mayimpactreporting accuracy or completeness.
• External Coordination: Interface with external advisors (e.g., auditors, consultants) on governance and sustainability reporting matters.
• Documentation:Maintainclear, organized, and audit-ready documentation, templates, and trackers.

About you

• Qualified lawyer.
• 4–7 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, compliance, or ESG/sustainability matters.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) – strong written and verbal communicationrequired.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations or cross-border operations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets and trackers (Excelproficiencyrequired).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withcorporate law, including corporate governance,legal entitymanagementor corporate secretarial work.
• Exposure to ESG/sustainability reporting frameworks or regulatory compliance (e.g., GHG reporting, CSRD, or similar).
• Experience working with external advisors such asaudit or consulting firms.
