Formación

• 1 year of work experience in Call Center (Customer Service, Marketing, Collection).
• Familiarity with Windows and ability to work within Windows based programs.
• Knowledge of the Bank's retail & Small Business Collections Policies.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize collection recoveries on assigned Credit Products.
