All Hands and Hearts Smart Response, Inc. is seeking personnel to support disaster response operations in field locations, coordinating logistics, meetings, and data collection. The role involves community engagement, documentation and reporting under project management supervision.

Required Spanish fluency and at least 1 year in project coordination or humanitarian work. Expect outdoor work, travel to remote sites, and strict safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Related Experience: 1+ years in project management and coordination or humanitarian response; related volunteer/internship experience preferred.
• Language: Spanish fluency required; English preferred but not required.
• Special competencies include strong communication in Spanish, data handling, attention to detail, reliability, and operating in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead distribution organization planning, logistics, warehousing and documentation.
• Arrange logistics and lead community and stakeholder meetings; record attendance and notes.
• Lead submission of project data, routine and external reports (e.g., OCHA).
• Support day-to-day operational priorities as directed by the Project Manager.
• Assist field assessments with materials, data collection and note organization.
• Support community outreach, beneficiary registration, verification, scheduling and follow-up.
• Provide clear, respectful information in Spanish about activities, timelines, selection processes and feedback channels.
• Collect community feedback and assist with monitoring visits and post-distribution monitoring.
• Enter and check program data in Kobo, Google Sheets, or other systems; flag missing/incorrect information.
• Maintain organized paper and electronic records; manage forms, lists, attendance, photos, and distribution records.
• Support procurement by gathering vendor information, filing documents and checking deliveries.
• Assist warehouse tasks: loading, labeling, packing, and updating movement records.
• Adhere to safety, safeguarding, Code of Conduct, data protection and PPE procedures.
• Travel to project locations; work outdoors and adapt to changing priorities.
• Other duties as required.
