All Hands and Hearts Smart Response, Inc. is seeking a program lead to oversee the successful operation and completion of humanitarian programs in disaster-affected communities.

The role involves onboarding and guiding a diverse staff to empower them to perform effectively and efficiently while ensuring adherence to program rules and safety protocols. The position requires coordinating with local partners and UN clusters, managing budgets, and delivering weekly and monthly program reports.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years experience in disaster response, preferably with All Hands and Hearts.
• 1+ year in a role with project management responsibilities, including budget tracking and reporting.
• 2+ years experience managing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee successful operation and completion of the program.
• Onboard and manage a diverse staff team and empower them to carry out functions.
• Ensure budget and timeline compliance of the program.
• Support operations and project teams to meet targets within budget.
